No. Each person may operate only one account on pendekarqq. Multi-accounting—creating additional accounts under the same identity or under false identities—is prohibited. We detect multi-accounts through identity verification, billing information, device fingerprinting, and IP address tracking. If we detect multi-accounting, all related accounts are permanently suspended and all funds are forfeited without refund. This rule applies regardless of whether the secondary accounts are used or not. If you need to recover access to your existing account, use the password-recovery process instead of creating a new one.

Payments and transactions

Withdrawal requests are reviewed during business hours. Our team typically processes approved requests within one to three business days, depending on the payment method you choose. E-wallet withdrawals (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) are generally faster than direct bank transfers. Bank transfers to e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment follow standard Indonesian banking timelines. Withdrawals processed after business hours or on weekends (including during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and other public holidays) are queued and processed on the next business day. pendekarqq does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. All fees are paid by your bank or e-wallet provider (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), not by us. If your e-wallet or bank account charges a fee for the transaction, that fee is deducted by your provider before the money reaches pendekarqq or leaves your account—we do not add any additional charge. Some payment methods may be faster than others. E-wallet transfers are often instant or within minutes. Bank transfers depend on your bank's processing speed and may take one to two business days.
